Level Up Health provides fitness-based movement training, mobility coaching, and recovery-focused fitness services. Programs are not a substitute for physical therapy or medical care. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you are recovering from injury or managing a medical condition. Your path is your own — we’re here to help guide it safely.
All purchases of training packages — including Training Mode, Recovery Mode, and The Speed Run Program — are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
No-Show Policy: Clients who no-call, no-show for a scheduled session will forfeit that session. Consistent no-shows may result in loss of future scheduling privileges.
Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session.
General Terms: Participation in any program at Level Up Health is voluntary and fitness-based. All sessions and programs are non-transferable and intended for use by the original purchasing client.
